Liverpool fans sent into frenzy by Giliano Wijnaldum’s MLS transfer

LIVERPOOL fans could be excused for going into a frenzy after believing one of their top performers had defected in the January transfer window — to an MLS club.

MLS club Philadelphia Union announced on Twitter that Giliano Wijnaldum had signed from German club Bochum.
